Two Ways to Build Your Own Prayer Rug Line
Buyers use “private label,” “OEM,” and “custom” loosely, so here is how we use them:
- Private label: your brand, packaging, and adjustments (colorways, sizes, presentation) on designs we have already developed and proven. Faster to market, lower development effort.
- OEM / custom: we build the rug from scratch to your own design and specification. The two terms mean the same thing to most buyers. This route gives you full design exclusivity.

What You Can Customize
Catalog products force your order to fit someone else’s spec. We build the spec around your project:
- Motif and artwork. Send a reference photo, a rough sketch, or finished artwork. We turn it into a production-ready chenille design, including embossed patterns.
- Dimensions. Standard prayer mat and prayer rug sizes, plus custom sizes for gift sets, travel formats, or large-venue projects.
- Color palette. Standard colorways, or palettes matched to your brand and target region.

- Approve your sample. We produce a physical sample to your specification. You review the material, motif, colors, and finish, and we revise until you sign off. Bulk production starts only after your approval.
- Receive your production. We manufacture the full order, run multi-stage quality control against your approved sample, apply your branding and packaging, and coordinate export documentation and shipping.

Yes. Sampling is a required step, not an option. We produce a physical sample to your spec, you approve it or request revisions, and bulk production begins only after your sign-off.
How long does development and production take?
It depends on design complexity, quantity, and destination. We confirm sampling, production, and shipping timelines during quotation, before you commit.
Do I keep exclusive rights to my design?
